Responsible for the coordination of a variety of complex administrative functions and maintenance of electronic information systems for a department.

  • Provides coordination and support for Programs.
  • Develops and maintains information systems including databases electronic files and websites.
  • Develops implements and maintains effective and professional office practices and procedures.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for issuing of badges and providing appropriate access in Lenel systems.


Position Compensation Range: $19.49 - $30.21 Hourly

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: 2 years relevant experience
Licensure: None required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
