Job Duties

Support operational analysis to the Agency Management Lead Analyst ensuring that Operations maintains resilient routines that support the wellbeing and meaningful work carried out by its employees in safe, secure, healthy, and productive workplaces.

Executes the project design, initiatives, research directives of the Agency Management

Lead Analyst. Oversees the day-to-day activities of unpaid academic interns and wage employees including Wilder Fellows. Applies knowledge of research, analysis, and evaluation techniques to projects which can include data collection, specialized research, and strategic planning. Support or present at leadership meetings. Support facilitation of employee groups. Research relevant data sources to determine best practices and
evidence-based methodology, solutions and recommendations. Play a role in all stages of a project, such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to collect, sort, and analyze data, to make connections, draw conclusions, offer alternatives, make recommendations, identify gaps in data, and to independently seek additional sources of information. Project management skills to include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with others to collect data and provide information.
