Job Duties

1130am-8pm shift. Responsible for all food preparation such as hot and cold food prep including vegetables, salad, baking, proteins, and desserts. Work with special diets. Serve meals in a resident dining area. Assemble assorted diet food, purée, other requirements and daily snacks. Responsible for next day breakfast, lunch, or dinner, prep and catered/special events prep.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of working with special diets. Experience in serving meals in a resident dining area. Assemble assorted diet food, purée, other requirements and daily snacks. Be aware of speed and time constraints. Be able to follow verbal or written instructions.
