Job Duties

For this position knowledge, skills and abilities must be in the following areas: Maintenance Activities, Facility Construction, Facility Emergencies, and Facility Emergency Life Safety.
Indoor Maintenance, Outdoor Maintenance, Routine Maintenance and Repairs, Errands, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in general maintenance/grounds keeping required. Valid Virginia driver’s license. Pesticide Applicator Certificate-Registered Tech-minimum. Fertilizer applicator certificate is required.
