Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Instructor (NCCER Certified)

Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is a two-year public institution of higher education and one of 23 community colleges in Virginia. The college is supported by the Commonwealth of Virginia; the counties of Alleghany, Bath, Botetourt (northern portion) and Rockbridge; the cities of Buena Vista, Covington, and Lexington; and the town of Clifton Forge. We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Industrial Maintenance Mechanics Instructor to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training to students. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in industrial maintenance, hold NCCER certifications, and have experience in teaching or training environments.

While formal certifications are important, we also highly value hands-on trade experience and the ability to obtain NCCER instructor credentials.
