The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Virginia invites applications for a full time Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology certified Pathologist with specialty interest in renal pathology. This is an open rank, tenure optional position. The successful candidate will participate native and transplant kidney sign-out. Applicants must have subspecialty fellowship training or expertise in renal pathology. The position requires teaching of medical students, residents and fellows and scholarly activity is expected. Additionally, the qualified candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work as a team member.

Certification: Qualified candidates must be board-certified or eligible for certification in Anatomic Pathology.
Licensure: Candidates must be eligible for an unrestricted licensure in the State of Virginia.
