Full Time or Part Time: Hourly/Wage

Job Description:
Provides customer service to ODU faculty/ staff and students on behalf of SET. Assists student organizations and departments with scheduling events around campus. Meet with departments and student organizations trying to schedule events in Webb Center. Use EMS Scheduling software to book events. Promote a positive image of the University and SET.
Minimum Qualifications:

Working knowledge of office practices, procedures and office equipment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task including handling multiple phone calls and walk - up traffic.
Basic skills in computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
