Job Description:

Germanna Community College is a public, open access institution of higher education in the Virginia Community College System. Germanna Community College is seeking a Testing Proctor to administer a large number of tests including written tests, performance exams, and online tests.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support by creating professional and courteous correspondences between test vendors, examinees, faculty, staff, and students
• Generates daily reports; research student records; enters research data in Excel; completes daily task reports
• Administers proctoring service for academic tests and provides proctoring for placement tests
• Provides excellent customer service and provides requested information or refers to the appropriate department
• Ensures all computers have appropriate software for each test
• Perform other duties as assigned
