Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Fiscal Technician to manage financial transactions and support the accounting department. This position involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining organized financial records.
- Verify and process vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Perform data entry for invoices.
- Filing and maintaining supplier records.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve inquiries and payment issues.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience in a financial role.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.

Additional Considerations

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to understand chart of accounts & expenditure coding.
- Prior accounts payable and data entry experience.
- Proficiency in automated accounting software.
