Minimum Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of VA
2-3 years experience in Nursing Administration, either as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing
Must be in good physical and emotional health sufficient to permit full performance of the duties of the position. Must have initiative, drive and courage. Must be interested in fostering positive relationships with all customers. Must be able to work under a great deal of pressure and to make rapid decisions.

Additional Considerations

**The Hiring Range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. We will not be able to negotiate outside of this range**
