Mountain Gateway Community College (MGCC) is a two-year public institution of higher education and one of 23 community colleges in Virginia. Mountain Gateway Community College is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grounds Worker to maintain and enhance the campus landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of outdoor areas, ensuring a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a well-groomed appearance.
- Water plants, lawns, and landscaped areas as needed.
- Remove debris, leaves, and trash from grounds to ensure cleanliness.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
