Job Duties

Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute is seeking to hire a detail orientated and organized temporary Human Resource Assistant to support the Human Resources (HR) department in a large-scale project to digitize all paper-based HR personnel files. This project-based role is critical to modernizing our HR record keeping system. This is a temporary position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of record keeping practices and proficient in the use of scanner and copier equipment. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and adhere to established timelines. Must be able to stay organized and focused to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Must demonstrate discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. High school diploma required.

Additional Considerations

Demonstrated HR experience. Associates or bachelor's degree in related field.
