Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities:

Performs a wide variety of administrative, logistical, operational, and technical tasks related to Human Resources. Implements HR-centered programs, handling daily operations, including scheduling, training, evaluation, and oversight. Maintains the personnel portion of the Wright Center’s website, directories, and organizational charts; performs HR transactions; reviews payroll financial reconciliations; prepares tracking reports and compiles statistics; provides project support.

Typical Duties:
•Assists with a variety of HR functions, such as recruitment and staffing, employee records, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, recognition, etc.
•Utilizes HR systems, process accurate and timely routine compensation and recruitment actions, as well as confidential forms and records pertaining to applications, employment, enrollment, pay changes, and other sensitive HR materials; verifies accuracy of submitted data and ensure policy compliance
•Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provides assistance
•Provides support and guidance on leave policies and procedures, including overtime, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), etc.
•Administers new hire onboarding and offboarding for separating employees.
•Assists with HR related communications
•Assists with the maintenance of all employee records
•Assists in answering employee and manager questions managers regarding annual and probationary performance evaluations
•Participates in HR Associate group meetings and trainings
•Support Wright Center’s engagement initiatives

This is a hybrid position and requires at least 3 days in the office.
