Job Duties

This position supports the court service unit (CSU) by directing families, law enforcement, schools, other agencies, and the public to appropriate Departmental personnel and services; Provides customer service through oral and written communication; Provides clerical support to staff in accordance with departmental requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, selected candidates must possess the following:
• Experience providing clerical support to multiple people
• Receptionist experience using a multi-line telephone
• Experience working with the public
• Data entry experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working with confidential correspondence and reports

Additional Considerations

Additional considerations include the following:
• Experience working in a courthouse setting
• Experience working with juveniles and families
• Experience ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory

A valid driver’s license is required of DJJ employees to operate a state-owned or leased vehicle.
