We are seeking a Senior Workday Functional Analyst or Workday Functional Analyst to join our dedicated and innovative team. Based on the candidate’s experience and demonstrated skills, the position will be filled at either t he Senior or Non-Senior level.

As a Workday Functional Analyst , r eporting to a Finance Supervisor of Data and Technology, you will:

• P rovid e best in class service to user s of the Workday Finance Grants module with a high level of technical skill, functional business process knowledge, and overall business acumen.
  

• S upport stakeholders by optimiz ing , maintaining , and providing operational and technical support of all aspects of the Workday Financials ecosystem.
  

• P artner with UVA Finance team to design, implement , test, and deploy key projects, integrations, and innovative solutions that leverage the Workday platform t hat align with UVA Finance ’ s mission and values.
  

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve innovative results.

Qualifications for the Senior Workday Financial Analyst :

• Candidates will have a High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  

• 8 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree requirement.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday cloud enterprise applications preferred, with 3 years experience in financial ERP systems required .
  

• The individual will be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. In addition, the individual will have a positive, service-oriented attitude and desire to see issues through to completion and excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills.
  

Anticipated Hiring Range: Min $ 93 ,000 - $1 40, 000

• 5 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree requirement.
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday cloud enterprise applications preferred, with 3 years experience in financial ERP systems required .
  

• The individual will be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. In addition, the individual will have a positive, service-oriented attitude and desire to see issues through to completion and excellent verbal, analytical and written communication skills.
  

Anticipated Hiring Range: Min $ 74,000 - $1 16,000

This position will remain open until filled. This is an Exempt level, benefited position. The University will perform background checks on all new hires prior to employment.
