Job Duties

Provides instruction and supervision to inmate workforce by ensuring food/beverage processing plant operations are in accordance with sanitation requirements. To ensure all plant machinery and equipment are operational and serviced.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License. Experience in industrial machinery repair and maintenance, production-line supervision and processing. Knowledge of all aspects of building and maintenance trades. Ability to identify facility-related maintenance problems and implement standard courses of action within established timeframes. Skilled in replacing bearings, belts, and motors on industrial food/beverage processing machinery. Ability to follow written and oral instructions and keep accurate records.

Additional Considerations

Dairy Processing Plant experience. Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Knowledge of state procurement practices. Knowledge of inmate supervision practices.
